Fisher–Mitchell

Also on Monday, Miss Edna Mitchell, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Mitchell, 75, Bartholomew Street, Wombwell, was married to Mr. John Fisher, fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. S. Fisher, 19, Mellor Road, Wombwell, the Rector officiating.

The bride was given away by her father, and wore a gown of white satin, with wreath and veil. Her bouquet was of lilies and white carnations.

Two attendants, Misses Audrey Fisher and Bessie Prince, wore blue satin and carried mauve tulips.

The best man was Mr. Frank Fisher, and the groomsman Mr. Irvin Mitchell.
