Snowden–Dyer

At Wombwell Parish Church on Saturday, Miss Lily Dyer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Dyer, Bartholomew Street, Wombwell, was married to Mr. Stanley Snowden, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. T. Snowden, 19, Littlefield Lane, Wombwell, the Rector, the Rev. J. St. Leger Blakeney, officiating.

The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a dress of nigger brown and mustard coloured silk and carried pink tulips.

The only bridesmaid, Miss Doris Downs, wore floral crepe de chine and carried red tulips.

The best man was Mr. Horace Dyer and the groomsman Mr. Geo. Dyer.
