Dr. W. G. Etches

Dr. Geoffrey Williamson Etches, Fairholme, Hough Lane, Wombwell, died suddenly in Leeds yesterday at the age of 44.

He was visiting Leeds for week-end post-graduate course and was staying at an hotel where he died. Dr. Etches was a native of Helperby, North Yorks, where his father and grandfather had medical practices.

Since going to Wombwell about 18 years ago he has been in partnership with Dr. W. C. Jardine. He leaves a widow and three children.
