50 years in the Pulpit

A remarkable record of Sunday school service has been established by Mr John Lisle of 98 Park Street Wombwell, who has just completed 50 years service as a preacher in the Mexborough and Rotherham circuit of the Wesleyan Reform Union.

He has also served 50 years as a Sunday school teacher and 40 years as a superintendent and class leader.
