Smith-Bailey

At Wombwell Parish Church. on Monday, Miss Ivy Gertrude Smith, youngest daughter of  Mr. and Mrs. Tom Smith, 11. Rother Street, Brampton, was married by the rector, the Rev. St. Leger Blakeney, to Mr. Francis William Bailey , son of Mr. and Mrs. William Francis Bailey, 148 Broomhill Lane, Wombwell.

The bride wore white crepe de chine, with veil and Pearls, and wreath of orange blossom and carried a sheaf of lilies. The bridesmaids were Misses Ada and Rosetta Bailey in pink silk; Misses Amy Bailey and Joan Walton in white silk and Vina Smith in white crepe de chine. They also carried sheaf’s of lilies.
