Formerly well known in the Scout movement at Wombwell, Mr. George Edward Fowler, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Fowler, of Hough Lane Wombwell, was married at Wombwell Parish Church on Saturday to Miss Judith Christiana Lax, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hogarth, of Ings Road, Wombwell.
