Miss Nellie Jeavons, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs .Jeavons, of 58 Blythe Street. Wombwell, was married at Wombwell Church on Monday to Mr Walter Royston, only son of Mr and Mrs W. Royston, 46, High Street, West Melton.

The ceremony was conducted by Canon Leger Blakeney, and the bride was away by her father.

The bride wore a gown of white satin, her veil falling from a coronet. Her bouquet was of red carnations.
