Wedding: Barnes & Botham

Miss Mary Barnes, youngest. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Barnes, 7, Jardine Street, Wombwell, was married at Wombwell Parish Church on Saturday, by the Rev. J. St. Leger Blakeney to Mr. William Botham, eldest son of Mrs. Botham, 72, Firth Road, West Melton, and the late Mr. Jim Botham.

The bride wore blue satin and carried a large sheaf of’ lilies, The bridesmaids, Misses Lily Smith and Annie Londsdale; wore floral georgette of a yellow shade, and carried iris and yellow tulips.

Mr. Jim Botham was best man and Mr. George Botham, groomsman.
