Mexborough and Swinton Times, October 21, 1916
The photographs are of Sergeant W. Wright (York and Lancs) of Netherwood, Wombwell, and his son Sergeant Stanley Wright (R.H.A.).
Sergeant W Wright fought all through the South African War, and has now been in France two years.
His son, Stanley was made a Sergeant at the age of 17, probably the youngest at that time in the British Army. He has been wounded.
