George Utley (14), only son of Mr. and the late Mrs. H. Utley, of 6, Roebuck Street. Wombwell has been serving in the R.A.M.C. for 2 ½ years, prior to which he was employed at Wood’s (Wombwell) Glass Works.

A keen cyclist he is a member of Wombwell Kings Road Cycling Club and also plays football for his Army unit. He is married and lives at 19, York Street Wombwell.
