C.L.B. Tradition

Another Wombwell lad who is helping to keep up the C.L.B. tradition is Private Thomas C. Pearson, 65, Summer Lane, Wombwell, son of Mrs. Pearson, of 37. Summer Lane, Wombwell, and the late Mr. Jim Pearson.

Private Pearson formerly worked at Wombwell Main Foundry, and was a member of Mount Tabor Wesleyan Reform Church, Wombwell. He joined the K.O.Y.L.I. when he was 21, and with that regiment has had seven years in India. Getting back into the old “mob” at the outbreak of the present war he is now with the B.E.F. in France.

Private Pearson was married last August.
