Birthday In Africa

Gnr. H. P. Darnley, son of Mr. H. P. Darnley, secretary of Wombwell branch of the British Legion, and Mrs. Darnley, 8, Orchard Street, Wombwell, celebrates his 22nd birthday on Jan. 16th, and his second birthday in North Africa.

He writes very cheerful letters.  He is the father of a fine baby boy he has not yet seen and to see him is his chief ambition.
