Mr and Mrs J Smith, 9 Rimington Rd, Wombwell, are anxious for news of their nephew, Private William Clarke, 10th platoon C company, 10th West Yorkshire Regiment, reported missing September 9, 1918.
He is 19 years of age and was formerly a by product worker at Cottonwood.
He went to France last April.
