Wombwell Sailor Injured

On Service in Mediterranean

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Machell, of 16, Fitzwilliam Road, Jump, have been informed by telegram that their son, Able Seaman Horace Machell, has been injured on War service.

It is added that he injuries are not serious.

He was serving in the Mediterranean.

A.B.Machell has been in three naval engagements since the war started, including Narvik and Matapan.

On two occasions he has lost all his belongings.
