Pictures taken at a dinner at Barnsley on Saturday, when presentations for long service were made to eight Wombwell Main Colliery employees. Seven of the eight recipients of presentations are seen (seated) in the top picture, with the eighth (standing) in the centre of the group, which also includes Sir Samuel Roberts,,Bart., Chairman of the colliery company; Mr. Peter Roberts, Professor D. Hay, and Mr. D Cookson.
