Nurse Charlesworth, Wombwell

Miss A Charlesworth , daughter of the late Joseph Charlesworth, of Town End Farm Wombwell, has been serving with the Territorial Nursing Service, and her many friends in mumble would be delighted to learn that she is mentioned in Sir John French’s dispatches.

She is one of the seven nursing sisters who are warmly commended by the War office with a splendid work during the retreat from Mons
