Middlewood Hall Crucifix

This striking crucifix, standing in a grove of trees at the roadside near Middlewood Hall, Darfield, was erected in memory of Darfield fallen by the late Mr. Charles Howard Taylor, of Middlewood Hall.

Mrs. Taylor has now added a stone tablet bearing the names of the fallen to replace a hand-written scroll.
