Ladies and Gentlemen,—

I am again offering my services to you as a Candidate for the above Ward, and trust you will give me your loyal support.

I do not promise to do any great things, if elected, because that is impossible unless I receive the support of other members of the Council, but I do promise this, that if elected, I will do my best for the Townshipin general and in particular my own Ward.
