Burned to Death – Throwing Paraffin on Fire

Sarah Anne Moore, aged seven years, daughter of Samuel Moore, miner, 46 Milton St, Wombwell, died on Sunday from burns.

There were caused on Saturday through the act of her 11 year old brother, who threw some paraffin on the fire, and the flames bursting out of the grate, ignited the clothing of the girl as she stood on the hearth.
