Bound Over.

At Barnsley on Wednesday Wm. Hall, miner, Hemingfield, was summoned by Margaret Cooper (71), Cemetery Road. Hemingfield, for using threats.

Col J. G. E. Rideal, for the complainant, said that at 10-30 p.m. on July 18th Hall was on his way home worse for drink, and threatened Mrs. Cooper, saying he would “do her in.”

Mr. F. A. Brown, defending, said Hall was not drunk and denied threatening Mrs. Cooper, although he admitted having had an argument with her son, about a watch.

Hall was bound over for 12 months in £10, and ordered to pay costs.
