Bicycle Accident at Wombwell

On Monday morning Harry Slater, of Wombwell Main, was proceeding down Station road on a safety bicycle, when a little boy named Andrew Smeaton, son of Mr. James Smeaton, ran across the road in front of the machine, and was knocked down.

He was picked up in an unconscious state and remained so for several hours.

He was attended by Dr. Millar.
