Pits Worked at Week-End
Output figures for the first three days of last week at the 13 pits in the No. 3 Area of the North Eastern Divisional Coal Board totalled 77,246 tons. Some pits worked week-end shifts before Christmas but figures, compared with the previous week, show a decrease of 32,776 tons.
