Wedding: Dyer & Bates.

Miss Emma Bates, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Bates, 48, Church Street, Jump was married at Wombwell Parish Church on Monday to Mr. Frank Dyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Dyer. 29, Cemetery Road, Hemingfield.

The rector of Wombwell officiated. The bride was given away by her uncle, Mr. A. Bates, and wore blue satin, with white hat and shoes. Her bouquet was of white iris. She was attended by Misses Edna Bates, Irene Dyer, Clara Dyer, Violet Bedford, and Joyce Bedford, who were in lemon satin and carried iris and fern.

The best man was Mr. H. Dyer and the groomsman Mr. E. Bedford.
