TO THE ELECTORS OF THE NORTH WARD
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Having been requested by a large number of Electors in the above Ward to allow myself to become a candidate at the forthcoming Election, I have, atter serious consideration, consented to so.
I was born in the Ward and have lived in it all my life. I therefore claim to have some knowledge of its requirements. I am making no promises of what I might accomplish, but I can assure if elected, I shall use my utmost endeavour to work for the best interests of the Ward in particular and the Township in general. I solicit your vote and influence on April 2nd. and if have the honour to become your representative, I shall at all times do my best to reader you good service.
