In The R.A.F.

Roland Waters (33), son of Mr. and Mrs. Waters, of Hough Lane. Wombwell, left a good post as a buyer for C. and A. Modes to join the Forces, and is now serving in the equipment section of the R.A.F.

He is a former member of Wombwell Congregational Church and served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. A. Bamford. at Wombwell.

Before joining the staff of C. and A., he was a manager for Marks and Spencers. He has a wife and one child.
