Still “In The Swim “

Formerly employed at Darfield Main Colliery, L./Bombardier Leonard Revill (20), son of Mr. and Mrs. Horace Revill, of 20, Goodyear Crescent, Wombwell, is now serving in the Royal Artillery.

He is an old boy of Park Street Council School and the Modern School, Wombwell, and at one time was a regular attender at Wombwell Baths. He has carried that interest into the Army and has already gained distinction in swimming and physical culture. He has also won certificates for first aid work.

He was formerly a member of Wombwell Company of the Church Lads” Brigade.
